Vision & Mission

PURPOSE, CORE CONVICTIONS, METHODS, VISION

PURPOSE:

(this is our mission statement. It is the WHY of our ministry)

OUR PURPOSE IS TO BE AN EPICENTER OF THE VIBRATIONS OF THE KINGDOM

  • The Kingdom is the reality of God’s life, power, and presence through his saving rule and reign in our lives individually and corporately.
  • An Epicenter is a focal point of the release of that Kingdom where it is actively and intentionally sought, experienced, and shared with others.
  • Vibrations are the impact and influence of this Kingdom life as it radiates through the lives of believers into the community and world around us.

METHODS:

(pursuing our purpose. It is the HOW of our ministry)
  • Connecting people with God through a personal relationship with Jesus, worship and prayer, the renewing of our minds, and the active supernatural work of the Holy Spirit.
  • Connecting people with each other in community through genuine relationships and care giving ministries that direct us to God’s dreams and destiny for our lives
  • Connecting people with their world through lives of intercession, love, service, and a witness to the hope of the gospel.

CORE CONVICTIONS:

(our beliefs and values. It is the WHAT of our ministry)
  • The Bible – God’s authoritative word and direction for our lives.
  • Jesus – the only Savior for our lost and broken world. Everyone needs Jesus.
  • The Holy Spirit – the power and presence of God for life and transformation. The individual and the church must be Spirit-formed and Spirit-led.
  • The Father’s Love – the source of grace and mercy that flows from the heart of God
  • Hope – the message of Jesus and his Kingdom that brings forgiveness and freedom, restoration and fulfillment to our lives.
  • Community – the context for the faith, love, and hope of the Kingdom to be realized.
  • Integrity – the intentional alignment with the character of God so that our lives, our faith, and our interactions are genuine, open, and trustworthy.

VISION:

(the results of our purpose, convictions, and methods. It is the WHEN of our ministry)
  • Healthy productive lives:
    • People walking in the wholeness of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and restoration.
    • People sharing life-giving relationships with one another.
  • Believers equipped and released for life and ministry:
    • People being trained in the word and in the mission of Christ.
    • Leaders being raising up and commissioned.
    • Giftings, talents, and passions being nurtured, encouraged and operating.
  • Life and community transformation:
    • People emanating the life of the Kingdom into the world around them.
    • An organic functional network of ministries and services releasing the Kingdom.
    • People and ministries having impact and influence in lives and communities.
