In early March, the Destiny Africa Children's Choir will be arriving after their long journey from Uganda, Africa to bless the East Coast with their inspiring dancing, drumming and singing. They will be in the U.S. through June, and will be performing at Wellspring on Sunday, June 10. Volunteer drivers are desperately needed to transport the choir during their stay in CT. Who do you know and would trust to drive the choir to their performances? Retirees, someone out of work, or someone with a flexible work schedule would be ideal. There is a need for 3 drivers per week for the choir's eight week stay in CT during the months of March and June. The choir will be transported in two 15-passenger vans plus an equipment vehicle. Those driving the children would need to have an F endorsement on their license but no special license is needed for the equipment vehicle.
If you can help with this, please contact me at
