The Wellspring School of Leadership Wonders, How Would Jesus Do Your Life?

A few weeks ago, in preparation for my message on the second person of the trinity, I was met with an extraordinary challenge confronting all of us in the body of Christ.  Each of us who have found our identity in Christ are likewise called to be sons and daughters of God.  We are all sons and daughters called to reflect and represent our Father wherever we may find ourselves, in every context.  Just as Jesus had done this perfectly, so we are empowered to live the same by the Holy Spirit.

Our mission, collectively and individually, is to do what the Father is doing and to say what the Father is saying.  The commission is the same for all, but the expression is as varied as there are Christians on the earth.  How do you represent the loving Creator at home with the family?  With your kids?  With your parents?  How do you reflect God's heart in the board room?  In the classroom?  On a sales call?  On a customer service call?  What does it look like to act on the Lord's behalf in the various aspects of your life?

In large part, this is a major question confronted by the Wellspring School of Leadership.  Our goal is to train emerging leaders to embody the Kingdom of God.  This is precisely what that means.  Kingdom-minded leaders operate as if God Himself were in their shoes.

When people ask about the Wellspring School of Leadership, I often reply with a question of my own: If Jesus had your job, your calling, your vocation, how would he do it?
