Sign Up For An Enrichment Class

Enrichment Classes are focused times of study that take place 3-4 times a year for 6-8 weeks at a time.  Their purpose is to further your own Christian education as well as to offer a place to develop in personal community. Typically classes run from 7:00pm-8:30pm on Wednesdays with some variance.  Registration is typically open until the day the class begins.  See below for the latest offerings in classes:

Winter enrichment classes begin February 1.

Winter Classes:


1. The Marriage Course Herb & Jan Speer
The Marriage Course is for any couple that wants to invest in their marriage. Whether you are at a critical stage in your relationship, like welcoming a new child or becoming empty nest-ers, or you simply want to solidify your relationship’s foundation, The Marriage Course will strengthen the bond between you and your spouse. The class includes a candlelight dinner with your spouse and a safe environment to confidentially engage your spouse on significant relational issues.
Each class meets at 6:30 for dinner. Don't be late!
Class begins Wednesday, February 1, and concludes Wednesday, March 14.
Cost: $175/couple (includes dinner and course materials)

2. The Glory of Honor Bill Harris
The way we pay honor – to God, to Jesus, to the Holy Spirit, to our families, to our own word – is in direct correlation to the way God honors us with His glory. This five week series explores the ways in which God’s transforming love begins to mold and shape us into people of honor, through whom God’s glory shines to the world.
Class begins Wednesday, February 1, and concludes Wednesday, February 29.

3. Surprised by Hope Mike McKinniss
What is the Christian hope? Where is this whole world heading? What happens to people after death? What is God’s plan for the created world? Is there an end? What about “the rapture” – is it real? Surprised by Hope will explore the expectations of the New Testament on these and similar topics. You will be surprised at what you learn.
Class begins Wednesday, February 1, and concludes Wednesday, March 14.

4. Foundations of Prayer: A Biblical View of Prayer  Zach & Rebecca Mitchell
What is prayer? What does the Bible teach about prayer? This course will provide a biblical overview of prayer, including different types, principles, and examples of prayer. Questions for discussion will include How do we pray; Why do we pray; What happens in corporate prayer; How do we grow in learning God’s voice through prayer; How does prayer improve our relationship with Christ?
Class begins Wednesday, February 1, and concludes Wednesday, March 7.

5. Birthright of Freedom  Doyle & Becky Musser
Study the book of Judges in depth. This course will examine the short and long-term consequences of Israel's sin; the curses and the blessings God offered; and the concepts of freedom, birthright, and destiny as shown in this period of Israel's history. There will be personal application of these principles, as well as opportunities to gain freedom from our personal and generational sins, the freedom God intends.
Class begins Wednesday, February 1, and concludes Wednesday, March 21.
