Interest Survey

The gifts, talents, abilities, and passions within Wellspring are tremendous.  However, with so many people, we know most of the resources are unknown.  Therefore, we are asking everyone to please complete an interest survey.  Even if you have been here for years, we are asking you to fill out an interest survey.  We are developing a database of resources, and we need your information to build it.  For example, you may have served in Wellspring Kids for years, but we are unaware that you are a writer.  As we gather this information, we can better equip and release people and ministries.
