Children's Ministry Teachers at Wellspring (and all of CT) you are invited to attend A Discussion on Postmodern Children's Ministry with Ivy Beckwith. Ivy Beckwith speaks and teaches on issues of childhood spiritual formation and children's ministry in the local church. She has been a keynote speaker at regional church ministry conferences and a workshop/seminar leader at both regional and national church ministry conferences.
Ivy will lead a discussion on the nuts and bolts of children's ministry-effective teaching, curriculumn evaluation, and issues of vision, mission and change in children's ministry paradigms.
This event will be held at Wellspring on Wednesday, October 6, 2010.
The schedule will be as follows:
9:00 gather for coffee
9:30 Worship
10:00 Ivy Beckwith
12:00 lunch
12:30 reflection and prayer
1:30 process with Ivy
3:00 conclusion
